PAYMENT METHODS

We accept all major credit cards online - we also take orders over the phone for direct deposits:

Shipping

Due to the wide variance of weights and packaging between individual orders, shipping is not charged when you place your order, but calculated once we have picked your order ready to ship. We then choose the most economical option for you, add it to the final amount payable, process payment and ship your order. Please notify us if you would like a quote on shipping prior to processing payment.

Credit & Exchange

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from EVDS, we will credit the purchase price or exchange those products.

If a refund is required, a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund. This is to cover administrative costs.

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase.
The returned items must be unused and complete in the original packaging.

Note: shipping costs will not be refunded.
